New Membership PSR Designation and Orientation
September 19th, 2017 by Marcy Reedy
The spring and Summer is the time to select and certify your institution’s Plenary Session Representative (PSR). Each year, UCEA Headquarters must hear from each university member whether your current PSR will continue to serve in that role or if a new PSR will be named. Designation is critical in preparation for UCEA’s fall governance meeting and helps UCEA ensure that your institution is properly represented.
For your convenience the form can be filled out electronically here.
The PSR Designation form was due on August 31, 2018
. Please keep UCEA informed by completing your designation. More information about PSR duties may be found on our PSR General Information page
on our website.
PSRs may be elected by the educational leadership faculty or appointed by the Dept. Chair or Dean. The PSR should possess teaching assignments, research, and program affiliations in the area of P-12 leadership and administration. Select an individual who can represent your institution well. UCEA encourages you to assist UCEA in diversifying the membership of the plenum.
