Recording guidelines
Record your presentation using your webcam (Zoom instructions).
One video recording per submitted proposal.
Maximum time limit is 5 minutes. Any videos longer than 5 minutes will be cut at the 5-minute mark.
Please start your video with your name(s), institution/affiliation(s), and title of your presentation.
Your presentation should consist of sharing your research findings.
Uploading your recording, research paper, and presentation slides:
You will receive a link by email to a Dropbox folder for your session.
Upload your files into the folder with your last name.
During the week of October 19-23, presenters should view the other three presentations in the session.
The Digital Discussant for your session will contact you to set up a time to record the discussion portion of your session during October 26-Nov 6.
The discussion portion of your session should focus on fostering a rich dialogue to help presenters enhance and strengthen their ongoing research.
The time limit for the discussion session is 25 minutes. Any videos longer than 25 minutes will be edited down to the 25-minute mark.
UCEA’s technology partner will combine the individual recordings and group discussion into one video that will be available for all registered convention attendees to view on-demand on the convention platform beginning from November 9-16.
The recordings will be in the same order as the Convention Program.
