Thursday, November 17: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (set-up begins at 10:00 AM)

Friday, November 18: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday, November 19: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Expected Attendance

Between 800-1000

Exhibit Space Cost

$250/table.

Tables are skirted – there are no booths

Note: UCEA will not provide staffing for any booth and will not setup or take down any booth.

Complimentary wireless internet will be available in all meeting spaces.

Security

UCEA and the hotel cannot guarantee the security of your items and will not be held responsible for any items on the tables.

Shipping

Exhibitors are responsible for the shipping and receiving of all packages to the Hyatt Regency Seattle. UCEA will not accept any packages.
