On-site Registration will not be available for this year’s convention. Please register prior to departing for Columbus, preferably prior to the Early Registration Deadline.
|Due to the ongoing uncertainty because of the pandemic and university responses for the fall, UCEA is continuing to offer reduced registration rates for the 2021 Convention. To help offset some of the costs we will be actively looking for Convention sponsors!
We are also offering a reduced rate for those who will be participating virtually. This will give access to all our online content, lived streamed sessions, and keynote speakers.
[Note: If we are able to resume more “normal” functioning in 2022, registration rates and deadlines are likely to return to usual levels.]
Early Registration Deadline: Sunday, October 24 at 11:59 EDT
Registering before the Early Registration Deadline also ensures that you will receive a print program. Print programs will not be given to those that register after October 24 unless we have extras in the afternoon of November 13.

All presenting authors of accepted papers and all participants in accepted sessions (including session facilitators) are required to register and pay in full whether participating in-person or virtually. Registration for the Graduate Student Summit will be complimentary for all graduate attendees this year.
Proof of vaccination is required for all attendees. Click here for FAQs about UCEA’s COVID-19 policy. To simplify registration, we will only have two registration time frames, rather than our regular four.
What will happen at registration this year?
Registration is on the 2nd floor in the County Foyer (near Fairfield Room) on Wednesday and on the 3rd floor in the Regency Foyer from Thursday-Saturday. Once there, proceed to the EventScan Wellness Zone, which will be clearly visible. Show your Event Pass email with the green checkmark to an EventScan representative. (This is the confirmation email you receive after completing the verification portal.) They will confirm your vaccine/testing verification. If you don’t have the email handy, they will be able to process your check-in manually. Once you’ve received your confirmation from EventScan, proceed to UCEA’s registration desk to obtain your Convention materials.
