Exhibitors
The 20th Annual Convention of the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA) will be held in San Antonio, Teaxs, November 9-12, 2006. Each year, our convention draws attendees who are interested in discovering new publications and educational aids that will assist them in their field.

Opportunities
UCEA offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities to its Exhibitors and Sponsors. These promotional opportunities provide your company/institution with an effective means of reaching over 4,000 key decision makers.

We encourage a number of ways to sponsor the UCEA convention:

• On-site exhibit of materials for sale and display
• Author signing
• Sponsorship of special events such as coffee breaks, receptions, the UCEA Annual Banquet, or the two UCEA scholars programs: the David C. Clark Scholars Program or the Barbara Jackson Scholars Network.
• Advertising in the official convention program which goes out to around 4,000 members. (Contact UCEA for prices)
• Advertising in the fall edition of the UCEA newsletter, The Review, which goes out to over 2,000 individuals. (Contact UCEA for prices)

Sponsorship Benefits

• All exhibitors will get one (1) covered table with sponsor identification at $250 and each additional table at $50.
• All sponsors will be listed in the UCEA 2005 Annual convention program with a circulation of 4,000+.
• All sponsors will be listed on the UCEA Convention website.
• All sponsors will be listed in the Fall edition of the UCEA newsletter, The Review, which has a circulation of over 2,000.
• Signage at the individual event/function sponsored by the company.
• General security guard services.

Although registration is still open, any additional exhibits registering past the July 15, 2006 deadline may or may not receive recognition in our printed materials due to printing deadlines, specifically the 2006 UCEA Convention Program and Fall 2006 UCEA Newsletter.

2006 Annual Convention Program
Advertising in the official 2006 Annual Convention Program will give your company recognition. Every session and event that takes place at the UCEA Convention will be listed in this program. This book is carried by attendees throughout the convention and is generally kept after the convention as a resource.
