Introduction
UCEA and LTEL-SIG have developed several survey instruments that can be used for program evaluation purposes. This resource page is designed to facilitate programs' use of these surveys for their own program improvement purposes. Each survey comes with an explanation of the survey's content and purpose, steps to using the on-line survey version, data reports that will be generated and related information, including permissions and IRB materials. Programs that use these data collection resources will be contributing to a national data base and have access to comparison information for their programs.
