Alan Shoho is an Assistant Professor in Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in the College of Education at University of Texas at San Antonio. He earned his Ph.D. at Arizona State University. Alan has been a school teacher, basketball coach, curriculum supervisor, and faculty member. He teaches educational research methodology, statistics, and legal foundations. His research interests focus upon alienation theory, creativity of educational leaders, and structural factors related to creating effective educational environments.
