Consistent with its mandate, the Centre has attracted a number of doctoral students over the years who have become research associates. The Centre supports their research work in modest ways through travel subsidies and access to other resources. Several have now completed their dissertations and taken up faculty positions at other institutions. Another key role is played in Centre affairs by a number of practitioner associates. These individuals allow the Centre to bridge the gap between research and practice, particularly through our leadership development courses and annual conference.
