UCEA 2022 Covid-19 Protocols

Safety continues to be a top priority for all those attending the 2022 Convention. We know that for many the uncertainty around Covid-19 variants and changing guidelines continues to be a health concern and a source of anxiety. As a community, we share a commitment to making Convention as safe and welcoming of a gathering as possible.

In this spirit, safety protocols for UCEA22 for in-person attendees include verification of Covid-19 vaccination or proof of a negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours PRIOR TO ARRIVAL in Seattle. Like AERA in April, UCEA has partnered with CLEAR to utilize the Health Pass feature, which provides easy proof of COVID-related health insights. 

You can get started in two easy steps: 

• Download the CLEAR app and enter the code UCEA22 to enroll for free.
• Create a free CLEAR account and complete the checklist for entry requirements.

Please note: Some international attendees may not be able to verify their vaccination information through CLEAR. For those attendees or anyone who wishes to verify manually, the Convention Registration Table will verify your vaccination or testing records when you arrive.
