Program Centers

Program Centers

The UCEA Program Centers conduct research and engage in collaborations in a target area of interest by identifying and coalescing the interests and resources of UCEA-member and non-member institutions, districts, community partners, and governmental agencies. Currently, UCEA has nine program centers. Each of these centers has contributed greatly to UCEA’s mission through their involvement of faculty in timely and significant work in focused areas of inquiry. The presence of these centers has also added a vibrant dimension to their respective departments and university academic activities. They have made substantial contributions to knowledge production and exchange of ideas in the field of educational leadership and the varied organizations served by educational leaders and administrators.

If you are interested in learning more about any of the Program Centers, see their information below and reach out to the center directors.

Program Center Governance

The UCEA Program Centers are guided by the UCEA Associate Director of Program Centers, Jayson Richardson, and the UCEA Program Center Advisory Board composed of Center directors, EC and Plenum members, and others. The Associate Director and Advisory Board seek to coordinate center effort, award mini-grants for Center research, and support graduate students through summer research awards (deadline for submissions is sometime in April).

For inquiries regarding any of the Program Centers or the development of a new program center, please contact the UCEA Associate Director of Program Centers, Jayson W. Richardson at jayson.richardson@du.edu .
